Business Owners and Entrepreneurs – Opportunities for Minorities in the Maryland Medical Marijuana Industry
The workshop will be held on Friday, November 6th, in the Miller Senate Office Building in Annapolis, Maryland. All activities on this day are free and open to the public.
Friday, November 6, 2015 – Miller Conference Room East I, 1st Floor, 3:45pm – 5:00pm – Experts in the industry including a representative from the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, an industry entrepreneur, and legislators will form the panel to discuss the categories under which African Americans can get involved with business opportunities in the medical marijuana industry that is being launched in Maryland.

The Natalie M. LaPrade Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission has posted applications for those seeking a license to operate as a medical cannabis grower, processor or dispenser within the state.
Each application form includes comprehensive instructions and a detailed description of the scoring process the Commission and its agents will utilize in evaluating each application.
