7 Keys of Estate Planning Should be on Your Spring To-Do List

For most folks, Spring is a season that is welcomed with open arms. The warmer weather, beautiful flowers and of course ‘Spring cleaning’ are things that come to mind during this time of year.

As seasons change, our lives continue to evolve as well. Think about it – anything new?

Have you or a family member recently: married, had a baby, purchased a new home, divorced, retired, suffered a recent illness or had a loved one to die?

Keep your estate plan up-to date as your life changes. Review your beneficiary designations on your life insurance policies, bank accounts, 401Ks, retirement accounts and other assets.

Make sure your wishes are reflected and the beneficiaries are listed (percentages/amounts) and named as you’d like.
